| The Presque Isle Parrot Head Club, a 501(c)(3) Organization, is hosting the 6th Annual Key West Phest at Liberty Park on Erie's beautiful bay. Come and enjoy 2 great days of fun entertainment for FREE! There is wonderful food provided by local vendors and fun activities for children. Check out the Parakeet Island link for more info. While we provide 2 days of great music and fun,, we also hold raffles and sell soda/water and some merchandise to raise money for our selected charities. Our motto is to "Party with a Purpose".
